In addition to its European styling, our innovative design also confers many quality-of-life benefits. Most prominently, we’ve eliminated the need for common area hallways, creating proprietary condominiums with cross ventilation in addition the parquet floors have in-floor radiant heat.

Le Parisien provides an on-grade, enclosed, residents-only heated parking garage. Each resident has a designated stall. All entries are secured to ensure that only residents have access. |
